Multiple Labeling

Multiple labeling refers to the use of several trademarks on a single product, with a clear indication of which mark is responsible for the product’s origin. This is important to avoid consumer deception and to preserve the distinctiveness of the individual marks. The labeling must not be misleading and should clarify whether it represents a collaboration or the involvement of different manufacturers.
