Unfair Competition Act (UWG)

The Unfair Competition Act (UWG) protects competitors, consumers, and other market participants from unfair business practices. It prohibits misleading advertising, aggressive sales tactics, and unfair imitation, and it includes a blacklist of prohibited practices. Violations of the UWG can lead to warnings, injunctions, and claims for damages.
