Trademark License

Trademark licenses are contractual agreements between the trademark owner and a third party that govern the use of the trademark in commercial transactions, as the exclusive right to use the mark fundamentally rests with the owner. By granting a license, the licensee, with the licensor’s consent, obtains the right to use the trademark under the specified contractual conditions.
