Trademark Infringement

Trademark infringement occurs when a third party uses a protected mark in commerce without the owner’s consent, creating a risk of confusion or diminishing the mark’s distinctiveness. This can happen, for example, through the imitation of a logo, brand name, or product appearance. In such cases, the trademark owner can take legal action, seeking an injunction and damages.
